The packaging machine is based on my company 's original basic practice, and it is the new design by the development of a high-speed high-precision packaging machine. It consists of double helix or belt feeder, weighing hopper and dust online real-time devices, other components can be used with a bag machine, heat sealing machine, automatic sewing machine composed of a large set of packet assembly line. It is Suitable for packaging pourable powder or illiquid granular materials such as milk powder, feed.
Main characteristics
1. It match the national GMP standards and food hygiene certification, all stainless steel machine (it can be customized 316L material)
2. Imported touch screen, PLC control, industrial Ethernet communications can be connected to the plant DCS control center, stability, anti-interference, easy, intuitive, and long lifetime.
3. Double screw feeder, with the advantage of high accuracy, speed, etc.
4. Adjust the operating parameters of product formulations can be stored, for later use, it can store maximum 10 sets of operating parameters
5. Using the new packing scale weighing system, high-precision and high-speed measurement, with overshoot suppression, drop correction, tolerance alarm function.
6. Devices using the new folder bag, sealing, size can be replaced, it is able to adapt a variety of sizes bags.
