Product Description
The disc granulator is one of common equipments in compound fertilizer industry. Generally, it is applicable to small scale production of medium and low concentration fertilizer. The angle of inclination can be adjusted from 40° To 66° . The electric motor and reducer drive the gear and feed the blended fertilizer material. The fertilizer powder will rise along with the revolving disc, at the same time, it will also roll down under the action of gravity. Under the function of these three forces, the material inside of the disc will gradually forms the nucleus till the required granule, then overflows from the disc edge.
