The process is to add part of sulfuric acid and ammonia in compound fertilizer production as raw materials and make use of the heat generated during the neutralization reaction of ammonia acid to raise the temperature of the material. The material temperature will reach 60º C-85º C. The baling rate is 70%-90%, the yield is increased by 50%-100%, the particle strength is high and of good appearance, low water, low energy consumption, low cos and high profit.
This process simply the production process of high concentration compound fertilizer that is very difficult to control before. The old old production line also can be upgraded.
